Heart Meditation

-Relax your whole body from head to toe (if you have trouble doing this then please click here).

-Imagine that it is a warm summer's day and you are walking barefoot across a grassy field.

-You fell the cool, refreshing grass beneath the soles of your feet. Focus on the sensation.

-Look at the grass closely now and observe its texture and the different hues of green that can be found even in a single blade.

-Meditate on the colour green.

-Stand upright and imagine that your are meditating on the sensation of the grass beneath your feet. Then begin to absorb the vibrations of the colour green through your feet snd up into your body.

-Let the colour grow in intensity until you can sense its healing vibrations in every part of your body.

-Direct the colour into your heart chakra.

-Allow any thoughts, feelings or sensations in response to the colour green to arisein you.

-Allow the colour to die down again until you feel the grass once more beneath your feet.

-Start to breathe slightly more deeply than usual and become aware of your surroundings.

-Staying relaxed, open your eyes and come back into the waking world.
