Sacral Chakra Meditation
To learn about the sacral chakra click here. -Relax your whole body from head to toe (if you have trouble doing this please click here). -Imagine that you are holding an Orange fruit. -Examine the texture of the skin and be aware of how it feels againgst your skin. -Peel the fruit and examine its texture and the different shades of orange that it contains. -Begin to eat the fruit and let its taste burst through your taste buds. -Meditate on the colour orange -Let the colour grow in intensity until you can sense its vibrations in every part of your body -Imagine that you are breathing the colour orange -Fill yourself with the colour and feel how it brings you physical pleasure -Direct the colour into your sacral chakra -Allow any thoughts, feelings or sensations in response to the colour orange to arise in you. -Allow the colour to die down until you visualise the orange fruit again, which has been made whole, its skin still intact. -Start to breathe slightly more deeply and become aware of your surroundings and the place you are meditating in. -Stay completely relaxed open your eyes and come back into the waking world.
