Throat Chakra Meditation

- Relax your whole body from head to toe (if you need help doing this click here).

-Imagine that it is a clear day and that the sky is a bright blue.

-Look into the sky and conyemplate its depths

-Imagine that the blue sky descends around you to become a beautiful, sumptuous cloak which enfolds you.

-What does it feel like to wear this blue mantle? Meditate on the colour blue.

-Let the intensity of the colour blue increase until you begin to absorb it through every pore in your body, even breathing in the colour blue.

-Direct the colour into your throat chakra

-Allow any thoughts, feelings or sensations in response to the colour blue to arise in you. Allow them to come and to grow. Observe them and the effect that they have on you.

-In particular, listen inwardly and become aware of what it is that seeks expression through you. Simply listen.

-Allow to colour to die down and return your attention again to the blue cloak.

-Let the blue cloak become the infinite sky again.

-Contemplate the experience you have just had.

-Start to breathe slightly more deeply and start to become aware of your surroundings and he place you are meditating in.

-Staying relaxed open your eyes and come back into the waking world.
